Login to your account using your username and password and click at 'Withdraw funds' then key in the amount you like to withdraw next select payment processor and then click at 'Withdraw' button.

Because all payments of means (profit withdrawal) are made until the expiration of 24 hours since the moment of inquiry, each day from Monday to Friday.

How can I change my e-mail address or password?

Log into your Mutual Forex Fund account and click on the "Edit account". You can change your e-mail address and password there.

What should I do to secure my account?

It's enough to set up FireWall on your computer, not to open and give the password from Mutual Forex Fund site . Also you should have different passwords for all services. It means: one password is for e-currency account, another is for your e-mail and the third is for Mutual Forex Fund site. If you have the same password it will be very easy for any crook to get access to your account.

What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?

Click on password recovery link, type your e-mail and you'll receive your account information. If there is still problem then contact us for assistance.

Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance?

Yes! Certainly. You can withdraw your total available balance or keep partial amount in your account and continue to invest with the plan you like.
