Multiple Accounts

Members may NOT open multiple accounts. Any person found to have more than one account will have both accounts suspended after 3 warnings through email.

Account Terminations

Mutual Forex Fund reserves the right to terminate a user, active or not, from its program. In most circumstances the user will be notified 3 times by email of unacceptable activity. If an account has been terminated, the most common reasons would be:
1. Because you opened up another account in your name
2. Because you used spam to get referrals
3. Because you attempted to have other people already in Mutual Forex Fund abandon their current upline and move to your organization.
4. Because you gived bad votes on specific monitoring sites or you have bad posts about our program on specific forums, without contacting admin or support staff first.

Restrictions

Taxes

Mutual Forex Fund does not charge any taxes. User understands and agrees that you are responsible to report and pay any and all tax requirements in your national, state or local jurisdiction.

Breach, Revocation and Right of Refusal

Failure to abide by any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement may be considered as a material breach of contract. In such case, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or deny User the right to use our services. Mutual Forex Fund reserves the right to cancel, deny or refuse service at our sole option and discretion in the event that you have supplied us with information that we find to be false, misleading or that conceals or omits any details that could influence the services we provide to you. User understands and agrees that Mutual Forex Fund shall not be held liable for any losses or damages that may result from our refusal to provide you our services. Mutual Forex Fund may act, at its sole discretion, with respect to user-submitted information that we deem necessary or appropriate if we believe it may result in potential liability for us or that it may cause us to lose, in whole or in part, the services of Mutual Forex Fund Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other suppliers. In the event of Termination of our service, be it by Mutual Forex Fund or the User, we will only return any Advertising Credits that have been submitted in the last 25 days term.
